Role & Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize pending orders for fulfillment within 24 hours
• Rebalance and process transfer requests between store locations
• Pull deliveries, package items, and coordinate with shipping department
• Attend cross-functional meetings with leadership and selling teams to build partnerships
• Prepare merchandise for shipment with meticulous attention to packaging and wrapping standards
• Support selling team in preparing consignments for direct client delivery
• Drive Retail Network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors across locations
• Execute omni-channel store tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
• Manage order fulfillment and delivery through multiple shipping options including ship-to-home, in-store pickup, and white glove services
• Minimize cases of incorrect order fulfillment including wrong or damaged items
• Improve accuracy and speed of return management procedures
• Expedite resolution time for open client cases and order inquiries
• Serve as client advocate at the warehouse to ensure detailed execution of activities
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to omni-channel processes
• Execute customer experience standards by completing all processes according to service level requirements
• Assist in aged BOPIS order review by updating order status and returning products to sales floor
• Support in-store digital clienteling platform usage including HERO, HEAVEN, and Client Compass; serve as technical resource for store teams
• Partner with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for promotional events and track campaign results
• Develop and deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction, including hosting virtual appointments
• Participate in completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury retail background preferred
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated stock control and selling experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management functions
• Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems
• Physical capability to lift boxes and items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills (preferred)

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail operations or customer experience roles, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Prior experience with stock control, inventory management, and selling processes in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.

Education

Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in retail operations, business, or related field.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 25 per hour.
