Fendi is hiring an Omni Stockist in Vancouver, BC — manage omnichannel inventory, fulfilment and client deliveries. Full‑time, on‑site role at Fendi Oakridge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize and process pending omnichannel orders for fulfilment within 24 hours, including Ship‑from‑Store (SFS), BOPIS and curbside pick‑up.
- Pick, pack and prepare merchandise for shipping; coordinate deliveries to the shipping department and manage packaging standards.
- Support in‑store selling by preparing consignments, processing charge sends for Client Advisors across the retail network and facilitating virtual appointments.
- Operate and act as a technical resource for in‑store clienteling and inventory platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass) and POS inventory functions.
- Manage returns and aged BOPIS orders: review, change order status, and return product to sales floor as required to improve resolution time and accuracy.
- Rebalance transfer requests and liaise with the warehouse to advocate for the client and ensure precise execution of stock activities.
- Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omnichannel processes and reduce incidents of incorrect or damaged order fulfilment.
- Contribute to cross‑functional meetings with leadership and selling teams to build targeted clienteling lists, drive Retail Network sales and improve operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory handling and selling within a retail environment.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy and ability to act as a technical resource for in‑store platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform ~50% physical labour.
