Omni Stockist at Fendi Miami: drive omni-channel fulfillment and retail sales with luxury expertise. Full-time, $25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours, rebalancing request transfers as needed
  • Pull deliveries, package merchandise, and deliver to shipping department with accurate packaging and wrapping
  • Perform daily omni-channel tasks including curbside pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
  • Support selling team in preparing consignments and processing charge sends for Client Advisors across the retail network
  • Prepare merchandise for shipping with detailed attention to accuracy and presentation standards
  • Manage order fulfillment and delivery through multiple shipping options including ship-to-home, in-store pickup, and white glove services
  • Reduce instances of incorrect order fulfillment and improve accuracy and speed of return management
  • Serve as the client voice and advocate at the warehouse to ensure meticulous execution of omni-channel activities
  • Participate in loss prevention procedures and BOPIS aged order reviews, updating order status in systems and returning product to sales floor as needed
  • Support daily usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN, Client Compass) and serve as technical resource for store teams
  • Partner with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for key promotional events and track results
  • Deliver innovative experiences to improve operations and client satisfaction, including hosting virtual appointments
  • Participate in completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to build partnerships with leadership and selling teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated stock control and selling experience in luxury retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate POS systems and inventory management functions
  • Digital literacy and comfort with technology platforms
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift boxes and weight up to 25 lbs regularly

Experience
