Role & Responsibilities

• Prioritize and fulfill pending omni‑channel orders (Ship‑from‑Store, BOPIS, curbside) within service level targets, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Prepare and package merchandise for shipment and coordinate deliveries with the shipping department and white‑glove providers.
• Process charge sends and support cross‑store client transactions to drive Retail Network sales; eligible for commission.
• Manage inventory transfers and rebalance stock between locations to meet demand.
• Support consignment preparation and virtual selling for Client Advisors; host virtual appointments when required.
• Operate and troubleshoot in‑store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN) and Client Compass; act as a technical resource for store teams.
• Execute daily omni‑channel operational tasks, reduce incorrect fulfillments, accelerate return processing and resolve open client order cases.
• Escalate client feedback and act as the client advocate with warehouse partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to omni‑channel processes and uphold company customer experience standards.
• Attend cross‑functional meetings with leadership and selling teams to align operational priorities and develop process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional retail or customer experience; minimum 3 years preferred—luxury retail experience advantageous.
• Proven stock control, inventory management and point‑of‑sale (POS) system usage.
• High degree of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and a measurable drive for results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 25 lbs and perform physical stock‑handling duties.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced team environment and supporting selling targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Foreign language ability is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with demonstrated experience in stock control, order fulfilment and omni‑channel retail operations; luxury retail background preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 21 per hour.
