Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritize pending orders for fulfillment within 24 hours
  • Rebalance inventory request transfers and manage stock movement between locations
  • Pull deliveries, package merchandise with precision, and coordinate handoff to shipping department
  • Attend cross-functional leadership and selling team meetings to build strategic partnerships
  • Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging, wrapping, and quality assurance
  • Support selling team in preparing consignments and virtual sales for client delivery
  • Process charge sends to drive Retail Network sales for Client Advisors outside the home store
  • Execute daily omni-channel processes including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS)
  • Support order fulfillment and delivery through multiple channels: ship-to-home, in-store pick-up, and white glove services
  • Minimize incorrect order fulfillment by reducing incidence of wrong or damaged items
  • Enhance accuracy and speed of return management processes
  • Resolve open client cases on orders with minimal turnaround time
  • Advocate for client needs and service excellence in warehouse execution
  • Participate in Loss Prevention procedures and security protocols for omni-channel operations
  • Assist in BOPIS aged order review by modifying order status and returning product to sales floor as needed
  • Support daily usage and provide technical expertise for in-store digital clienteling platforms HERO, HEAVEN, and Client Compass
  • Partner with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for promotional events and track campaign results
  • Host virtual appointments and deliver innovative customer experiences
  • Complete incoming SFS orders through picking, packing, and shipping coordination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years professional experience in retail or customer experience roles
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Stock control and selling experience in luxury retail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office suite
  • POS system experience with inventory management capabilities
  • Digital literacy and technical platform comfort
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Foreign language skills preferred
