Fendi seeks an Omni Stockist in Beverly Hills, CA to manage omnichannel fulfillment, inventory and client order execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prioritize and process pending orders for same‑/next‑day fulfillment, ensuring requests are actioned within 24 hours.
- Manage inventory transfers and rebalance requests across the retail network to optimize stock availability.
- Prepare, package and deliver merchandise to the shipping department; perform picking, packing and shipment execution for Ship‑from‑Store and white‑glove orders.
- Execute daily omnichannel operations including Curbside Pickup, BOPIS (Buy Online Pick Up In‑Store) and Ship‑from‑Store procedures.
- Support Client Advisors by preparing consignments, processing charge sends, and facilitating virtual selling appointments.
- Act as the client advocate with the warehouse to ensure accurate execution and rapid resolution of order issues and open client cases.
- Reduce incorrect fulfillments and improve return management accuracy and speed through rigorous checks and follow‑up.
- Perform BOPIS aged order reviews, update order statuses in the system and return merchandise to sales floor when required.
- Partner with leadership and selling teams to build targeted clienteling lists for promotions and track campaign results.
- Serve as the store technical authority for in‑store digital clienteling platforms (HERO, HEAVEN) and Client Compass; provide cross‑functional support and training.
- Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omnichannel processes and uphold defined service level standards.
- Contribute to operational improvements and deliver inventive client experiences, including hosting virtual appointments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience in stock control, order fulfilment or store selling operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital clienteling platforms.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a demonstrable drive for results.
- Ability to work collaboratively across store and cross‑functional teams and to participate in leadership meetings.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to perform physical tasks (approximately 50% physical labor) and lift weights up to 25 lbs.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus; foreign language skills are advantageous.
