The Merchandising Intern provides operational support to Fendi’s Merchandising department through analysis, reporting and cross-functional coordination, and helps prepare business documents for collection launches, showroom activities, store launches and departmental projects. The internship is full-time and hybrid; interns receive a gross monthly reimbursement of EUR 800 and are eligible for lunch tickets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support departmental analysis and reporting, including data consolidation and preparation of summary documents.
- Assist with cross-functional coordination by tracking inputs, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Prepare and update documents for store launches, collections, showrooms, shootings and other merchandising activities.
- Help identify hero products within the collection to feature in communications and contribute to dedicated cross-category assortments for special capsules, pop-ups and ad hoc commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing or a related field, with a strong interest in luxury fashion and merchandising.
- Good analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organize information clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- A proactive, curious and reliable attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
