Fendi Internship in Merchandising, Rome—support business operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support departmental analysis and reporting activities, including data consolidation and preparation of summary documents
- Assist with cross-functional coordination, tracking inputs, deadlines and follow-ups across the organization
- Contribute to the preparation and update of documents for store launches, collections, showrooms, shootings and other merchandising activities
- Support product-focused initiatives by identifying hero products within collections and contributing to the creation of dedicated cross-category assortments for special capsules, pop-ups and ad hoc commercial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian considered advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to organize information clearly and accurately

Experience
Background in economics, management, fashion business, marketing or related fields with demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and merchandising.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Fashion Business, Marketing, or related discipline.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
