Fendi Men's Department Manager in Dubai — lead luxury retail operations, manage team, and drive sales in this full-time supervisory role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the men's department business through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement, driving comprehensive category performance
  • Monitor and achieve category performance targets and KPIs, analyzing results and implementing action plans to improve profitability
  • Set performance targets for the department team in collaboration with the Store Manager, and conduct monthly individual performance reviews and coaching
  • Leverage clienteling tools and CRM systems to build loyal customer relationships and drive sales, particularly with VIP clientele
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards and act as brand category ambassador, educating new and VIP clients on product offerings
  • Ensure visual merchandising consistency with company standards and optimize display strategies to align with sales performance
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, shrink rates, and stock availability within company standards; coordinate with planning and merchandising teams on out-of-stock situations
  • Supervise the department team, allocate responsibilities according to business needs, and execute in-store training programs
  • Monitor competitor trading activities and provide feedback to Store Manager to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Conduct category-specific training and deliver excellent sales leadership by modeling exemplary customer service practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisor role in fashion or luxury retail sales with category exposure
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities; self-reliant, approachable, and patient demeanor
  • Retail management system and computer proficiency
  • Client focus with strong business acumen and financial management capability
