Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation, editing and publication of internal communication content across multiple channels, including the corporate intranet, newsletters, organizational announcements and executive communications
- Contribute to the development of engaging storytelling initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement and employer branding
- Collaborate on LinkedIn editorial planning and content creation, supporting the visibility of corporate initiatives, leadership communications and key business milestones
- Assist in drafting communication materials tailored to both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency of tone of voice and brand positioning
- Support cross-functional communication projects by liaising with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and other business functions
- Help with the planning, organization and execution of internal events, leadership meetings and employee engagement initiatives
- Support managing of project timelines, meeting agendas and follow-up activities, ensuring smooth execution of communication initiatives
- Support relationships with external agencies and suppliers involved in communication and event projects
- Monitor communication performance and benchmark best practices in luxury, fashion and corporate communication trends, with particular attention to digital channels and LinkedIn
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Humanities, Marketing or related disciplines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and communication channels
- Strong interest in corporate storytelling, executive communications and digital content creation
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn as a corporate communication and employer branding platform
- Passion for luxury, fashion and lifestyle industries, with awareness of current trends and brand positioning
- Proactive, curious and detail-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; previous experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Internal Communications or Employer Branding is considered a plus.
Education
Degree in Communication, Humanities, Marketing or related disciplines
