Fendi London seeks an In‑store Retail Intern (6 months, July 2026) to support store sales, clienteling and a dedicated store project.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work on the salesfloor under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager, participating in daily retail activities and the full selling ceremony.
  • Develop clienteling skills and provide a service consistent with the Maison’s luxury standards to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, managing transactions, and contributing to team objectives.
  • Collect, validate and enter customer data to support CRM and client development activities.
  • Lead a dedicated store project (market and competitor analysis, sales analysis) with managerial support and present actionable proposals to drive sales potential.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and requests, escalating where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related subjects.
  • Strong interest in luxury retail; previous experience with luxury goods is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proactive mindset with sound problem‑solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and analytical curiosity.

Experience

Beginner level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to luxury retail or client‑facing environments is advantageous but not required.

Education
