Fendi seeks an Industrial Risk Audit Senior Specialist in Bagno a Ripoli, Italy to lead production control and ESG compliance audits across the supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support improvements to the Risk & Audit Practice within the Fendi Industrial division
- Direct continuous production control processes at supplier and manufacturer sites to identify compliance and reputational threats
- Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior management on audit outcomes and risk assessments
- Execute quality reviews and co-audits to ensure delivery of highest standards and refine audit methodology as needed
- Coordinate with Industrial teams and External Audit Firms to engage suppliers in elevating their ESG compliance capacity
- Analyze industrial risks and current processes in collaboration with the Industrial Risk Management committee to propose monitoring strategies and action plans
- Conduct on-site production checks of work orders for the Industrial division
- Support continuous improvement of Fendi processes and supply chain maturity across Environment, Social and Governance practices
- Develop synergies with sister brands within the LVMH group
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience in the same role or equivalent, preferably within a luxury manufacturing or consulting environment
- Solid understanding of external production and ESG compliance risks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong relational and team-working skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Fluent spoken and written English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in industrial risk audit, production quality control, or related compliance roles, ideally within luxury goods manufacturing or consulting. Demonstrated expertise in external production ESG compliance risks and supplier audit management is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical or compliance field.
