Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the Risk & Audit Practice within the Fendi Industrial division.
  • Support the advancement of Fendi's practices, processes, and supply chain maturity, particularly in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) aspects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and top management.
  • Create value during audits by assisting business partners in recognizing improvement opportunities and implementing them effectively.
  • Conduct quality reviews and co-audits to ensure the delivery of the highest standards, refining methodologies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with Industrial teams and External Audit Firms to engage suppliers in enhancing their ESG compliance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Risk Management committee to analyze risks and propose monitoring strategies and action plans.
  • Perform on-site production checks of work orders for the industrial division.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from sister brands within LVMH to develop synergies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a company or consulting firm, with a strong understanding of external production ESG compliance risks.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI is advantageous. Strong organizational and programming skills. Excellent analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail. Fluency in spoken and written English.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a comprehensive understanding of external production ESG compliance risks.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
