Fendi Industrial Audit Associate role in Rome, Italy—join the WW Internal Control team monitoring supply chain compliance and regulatory requirements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Employ a critical, risk-based approach to auditing procedures and supply chain monitoring
- Manage supervision of external audit firms, including coordination of audit activities and scope definition for special audits
- Monitor and adapt the audit plan in coordination with other sister brands within the Group
- Conduct critical analysis of audit results and coordinate implementation of corrective actions
- Establish continuous communication and collaboration with Industrial Divisions and peer brands
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Group via the Allegro reporting platform
- Support preparation of internal periodic reports and audit documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or related field
- Fluent English (mandatory); Italian language proficiency (strongly preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in internal audit or compliance functions
- Specific experience in ESG/CSR audits (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools (Excel, analytics software)
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Professional skepticism and analytical rigor

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in audit procedures and internal control environments. Expertise in audit planning, execution, and reporting. Specific experience in ESG/CSR audits is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Management.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
