FENDI Paris seeks an In-Store Stylist to deliver personal styling, grow Ready-to-Wear sales and cultivate VIP clients in the flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one styling consultations and create complete looks that reflect clients’ lifestyles, body types and wardrobe needs.
- Drive Ready-to-Wear growth through full-look recommendations, cross-category selling and appointment-led clienteling.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio; organise private styling sessions, wardrobe consultations and follow-ups on new arrivals.
- Use CRM and omnichannel tools to track client preferences, schedule appointments and convert styling opportunities into sales.
- Act as the in-store reference for seasonal style direction; translate trends into wearable, client-relevant outfits and share styling tools locally.
- Coach and train Client Advisors on wardrobing, full-look selling and storytelling to raise overall boutique styling standards.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and management to ensure styling coherence across windows, events and marketing initiatives.
- Provide qualitative feedback on assortment and fit to inform merchandising and assortment decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail styling, personal shopping or equivalent client-facing fashion roles.
- Proven track record of building and retaining long-term clients and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Deep knowledge of luxury Ready-to-Wear, leather goods and accessory coordination, with strong sense of proportion, fit and colour.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and omnichannel clienteling workflows; familiarity with appointment management and performance tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, polished presentation and the ability to influence both clients and colleagues.
- Capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced boutique environment while collaborating across store functions.

Education
