FENDI seeks an In-Store Stylist in Milan to deliver personalised styling, drive Ready-to-Wear sales and develop client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one styling consultations to understand clients’ needs, preferences and lifestyles; create complete outfit and silhouette recommendations across product categories.
- Provide expert advice on fit, color coordination, proportions and accessorizing to maximise wardrobe versatility and promote full-look Ready‑to‑Wear styling.
- Build and actively manage a personal client portfolio through exceptional service, follow-up on new arrivals and dedicated styling appointments.
- Drive styling-related sales, conversion and UPT in line with store targets; support cross-category selling, remote selling and digital pre-orders.
- Use CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history and future styling opportunities; leverage omnichannel capabilities to secure appointments and sales.
- Act as the in-store reference for FENDI style direction, translating trends into wearable looks and producing local styling tools and monthly style guides.
- Coach and train Client Advisors on styling techniques, wardrobing and full-look selling; collaborate with Visual Merchandising on presentation and event styling.
- Support styling for store events, collection previews, window displays and marketing initiatives; provide qualitative feedback on assortment and styling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent client-facing styling roles.
- Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable business results (sales, conversion, UPT).
- Deep product knowledge across Ready‑to‑Wear and accessories, with strong aptitude for cross-selling and upselling.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and omnichannel sales processes; experience managing appointments and remote selling.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills with a polished, client-centric manner.
- Demonstrated ability to train and influence retail teams and to produce local styling content and tools.

Education
High school diploma required; a degree or professional qualification in fashion, styling, visual merchandising or a related discipline is preferred.
