FENDI In-Store Stylist position in Dallas, Texas. $35/hr plus commission. Luxury styling role delivering personalized client consultations and ready-to-wear expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one styling consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and lifestyles
  • Create complete outfit and silhouette recommendations across all product categories
  • Provide expert advice on fit, color coordination, proportions, and accessorizing to maximize wardrobe versatility
  • Build and actively manage a personal client portfolio through exceptional service and styling expertise
  • Strengthen client loyalty through follow-up on new arrivals, collections, and tailored styling opportunities
  • Organize private styling sessions, wardrobe consultations, and dedicated appointments to deepen engagement
  • Drive styling-related sales, UPT, conversion, and client appointments in line with store targets
  • Maximize ready-to-wear performance by promoting full-look styling in every client interaction
  • Support cross-category selling and omnichannel services, including remote selling and digital pre-orders
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and future styling opportunities
  • Act as the in-store reference for FENDI style direction, ensuring consistent delivery of seasonal style messages
  • Train and coach client advisors on styling techniques, wardrobing, and full-look selling
  • Partner with visual merchandising teams to ensure compelling product presentation and styling coherence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent roles
  • Proven ability to build authentic, long-term client relationships and deliver strong business results
  • Deep knowledge of products, collections, and luxury selling, with demonstrated cross-selling and upselling capabilities
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and styling standards; familiarity with CRM systems, omnichannel tools, and store operations
  • Fashion-forward mindset with strong knowledge of luxury trends and ready-to-wear
  • Polished, sophisticated communication style and storytelling abilities capable of influencing and inspiring
  • Ability to work autonomously with agility in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with teams
