Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in day‑to‑day store operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager, including salesfloor duties and visual standards.
- Develop clienteling techniques and execute the luxury selling ceremony to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the Maison vision.
- Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and support achieving store sales targets.
- Proactively identify and resolve client requests and issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Support customer data collection and CRM/data entry processes to maintain accurate client records.
- Contribute to team objectives and collaborate with multifunctional colleagues to drive store performance.
- Lead a dedicated store project, supported by the Store Manager, to address a key priority and to propose innovative commercial initiatives.
- Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present actionable recommendations to enhance sales potential.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury studies.
- Strong interest in luxury retail; prior experience in luxury goods is advantageous but not required.
- Proactive mindset with demonstrable problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills in a multifunctional retail environment.
- Creative thinking combined with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.

Beginner — targeting students or recent graduates. No extensive prior professional experience required; previous exposure to luxury retail or client‑facing roles is a plus.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury (current enrollment or recent graduate).
