Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to develop and expand a local customer network through targeted activities, initiatives and boutique events to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients and grow VIP (VIC) sales.
- Design, plan and execute in‑store and out‑of‑store marketing campaigns (CRM, events, digital activations) in line with corporate and regional guidelines and store business plans.
- Monitor boutique performance through regular retail analysis and reporting; identify growth opportunities and translate insights into tactical action plans.
- Manage budgets and targets for specific retail marketing initiatives and ensure cost‑effective delivery while preserving brand standards.
- Drive adoption and best practice use of CRM tools and BI programmes in store; coach and follow up with client advisors to secure target completion.
- Collaborate with Europe Retail Operations and cross‑functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure an omnichannel, consistent delivery of store KPIs.
- Build and manage a network of local partners, suppliers and vendors to execute high‑quality client events and activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in retail within an international environment; luxury fashion experience is a strong advantage.
- MBA or degree in marketing, luxury management or a business‑related discipline.
- Proven capability in retail analytics, customer acquisition and client development strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, defining targets and delivering measurable retail marketing outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, coaching mindset.
