Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor boutique-level business performance through retail analysis and regular reporting to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Manage budgets and targets for retail initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives
  • Develop and execute in-store and off-site clienteling animations in line with company guidelines and business goals
  • Lead the planning and execution of engaging in-store animation activities and events, delegating responsibilities and overseeing team involvement for flawless delivery
  • Initiate and monitor all marketing activities (CRM, clientele, event, digital) according to corporate and regional guidelines
  • Coordinate and guide the in-store team on effective CRM tool utilization to enhance client relationships and achieve targeted outcomes
  • Drive the development of high-end clients through tailored strategies and bespoke experiences, coaching teams on advanced clienteling techniques
  • Advise and coach store teams on the implementation of clientele guidelines and initiatives
  • Guarantee excellent usage of CRM tools in store and follow up with client advisors to ensure target completion
  • Assess, develop, and promote the usage of current and new retail methodologies and tools while maintaining an omnichannel approach
  • Liaise with the Europe Retail Operations team to support the store in meeting deadlines and maintaining retail KPIs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in retail within an international environment
  • Experience in luxury fashion retail (preferred)
  • MBA or degree in luxury management, marketing, or business-related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of retail analytics and factors that drive traffic into retail environments
  • Proficiency in data review and the ability to identify opportunities and develop action plans
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools and BI programs
  • Fluent in English
