Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Fendi at the IML Annual Career Fair and other on‑campus recruitment events, communicating the brand’s values and talent opportunities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Engage with students and early‑career candidates to explain internship and entry‑level programmes, collect candidate information and pre‑screen interest.
- Assist with booth setup and presentation materials, ensuring brand guidelines and visual standards are upheld throughout the event.
- Coordinate closely with the talent acquisition team to schedule follow‑ups, maintain candidate records and transfer leads into the recruiting workflow.
- Prepare a concise post‑event report summarizing interactions, candidate quality and recommendations for future campus engagement.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme, or a recent graduate with demonstrable interest in luxury fashion or human resources.
