Fendi in Rome seeks an HR Transformation & HRIS Specialist — lead HRIS implementations, people analytics and data governance for a hybrid, full‑time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and optimise core HR processes within HRIS platforms (personnel administration, org management, time management) to reflect redesigned procedures.
- Lead system implementation and enhancement projects, including end‑to‑end testing, validation and vendor coordination to ensure high service standards.
- Drive HR technology adoption and optimisation initiatives, scouting and deploying AI‑driven solutions to automate and scale HR workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of HR platforms with other business systems to preserve data integrity and operational continuity.
- Design and deliver people‑analytics dashboards and reports to support data‑driven HR decision‑making and operational needs.
- Provide technical support, training and user documentation for HR teams; promote best practices and change management to increase system adoption.
- Support the definition and implementation of data governance frameworks and continuous monitoring of system performance and data reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Transformation, HRIS, or similar roles; proven track record leading cross‑functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes (HR operations, personnel administration, organisation and time management).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience managing system implementations.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage. International experience is desirable.
- Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors is a plus.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as an HRIS specialist, HR transformation analyst, or in closely related HR technology roles; demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional implementation projects and delivering people‑analytics outputs. International exposure and prior work with SuccessFactors are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
