Fendi seeks a strategic HR Senior Manager for Dubai to lead HR initiatives and talent development across the Middle East region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business priorities into people strategies that support growth and organizational effectiveness across the Middle East
  • Partner with business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, anticipate talent needs, and shape structures, roles, and succession pipelines that enable agility and sustainable performance
  • Guide managers on performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development, ensuring differentiated talent decisions and alignment with business objectives
  • Champion talent engagement and culture activation across the assigned region in collaboration with central HR teams and functional leaders, enabling leaders to embody Fendi culture through consistent behaviors
  • Support business transformation by leading the people dimension of change initiatives, advising leaders on complex employee relations matters, and ensuring decisions are locally compliant and consistent with company values
  • Utilize people insights and HR metrics to influence business decisions, partnering with Finance, Retail, and regional stakeholders to drive organizational performance and resilience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA preferred
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with demonstrated cultural awareness and credibility to influence diverse stakeholders across the Middle East; French advantageous
  • Solid knowledge of GCC labor regulations and HR practices with the ability to balance compliance, business needs, and employee experience across different markets
  • Broad HR leadership background spanning talent management, organization design, performance management, employee relations, and people development
  • 5–7 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within luxury, retail, or international consumer-driven environments with proven success partnering with senior business leaders across multiple markets
