Role & Responsibilities

- Enhance direct and indirect sourcing strategies and manage external recruitment vendors.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute HR projects and initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to build effective organizations aligned with business strategies.
- Support HR Director in managing labor-related issues and preparing preventive actions.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
- Develop and implement training programs and tools for organizational development.
- Support retail training initiatives from an HR perspective.
- Prepare recruiting and training budgets and handle internal communications.
Qualifications
- University degree
- 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in product retail business or equivalent
- Native level Japanese and advanced level English
