HR Cost Controller (Maternity Leave) at Fendi in Rome. Support HR reporting and data analytics in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly HR reports on headcount, personnel costs and workforce trends
- Collect, validate and analyze HR data from different sources and systems
- Monitor budget versus actual personnel costs and support variance analysis activities
- Support workforce planning activities by updating organizational and headcount data
- Assist in collecting information related to hiring plans, organizational changes and employee movements
- Perform data quality checks and support HR data governance activities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across HR systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR reporting and analytics
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, Controlling, Finance, Data Analysis or similar areas
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions and data analysis
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Interest in HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in HR, Controlling, Finance, Data Analysis or similar areas within a corporate environment. Candidates with relevant academic projects or internships in HR controlling, compensation & benefits or workforce analytics will be considered.
Education
Master's Degree or final-year student in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Management Engineering or related fields.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 28,000 per annum.
