Fendi High Jewelry Designer position in Rome, Italy. Design exclusive collections with CAD expertise and Italian/English fluency required. €60,000 annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design exclusive High Jewelry collections and bespoke custom projects in alignment with Fendi's aesthetic codes, utilizing both freehand sketches and high-aesthetic digital renderings
  • Create detailed hand sketches and precise 3D digital models using CAD software for jewelry design
  • Coordinate daily activities of the High Jewelry design team
  • Collaborate with Paris ateliers and relevant departments throughout the development process to ensure design integrity from concept to final execution
  • Work dynamically between Rome and Paris offices and ateliers, maintaining active alignment with product, development, and craftsmanship teams
  • Support sourcing and selection of precious gemstones, materials, and techniques
  • Execute and support development of both hand-painted and digital gouaches in accordance with Fendi's aesthetic standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in High Jewelry design; 7–8 years preferred
  • Proficiency in both traditional hand-drawing and advanced CAD software for jewelry design
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willingness to travel frequently

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 60,000 per annum.
