Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategy for all Fendi collections and special projects; design yearly marketing calendar and identify key product focus with comprehensive 360° Plans
  • Lead disruption and innovation in launch design while conducting extensive competitive analysis of market trends and luxury industry best practices
  • Present launch plans to regional teams and localize marketing strategies based on local market needs
  • Monitor launch sales performance and marketing ROI for in-season and forward-looking optimization
  • Define key product narratives, retail focuses, and cross-department activation briefs including content, photography, visual merchandising, CRM campaigns, events, and training initiatives
  • Directly manage and develop a team of 2 people to deliver innovative, impactful plans while maintaining multiple project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, merchandising, or retail, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Advanced strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong product sensibility and commercial acumen with proven influence during collection development
  • Superior capability to build peer relationships and exercise lateral influence across departments
  • Excellent leadership competencies to manage and inspire teams
  • Fluent in English; Italian language knowledge is advantageous
  • Availability to travel up to 30% for buying sessions and market visits
