Fendi Finance Operations Specialist in Mendrisio, Switzerland. Manage AP/AR processes with SAP expertise and Arabic language fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process checks requests, expense reports, and vendor invoices accurately and regularly
- Review, code, and reconcile vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Perform monthly and account reconciliations in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor accounts and manage vendor inquiries and discrepancies
- Process accounts receivable transactions and manage collection efforts
- Evaluate current policies and recommend process improvements
- Prepare cash receipts for processing and maintain account accuracy
- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP4HANA and SAP systems
- Strong knowledge of local (Swiss) accounting principles
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, with demonstrated expertise in Middle Eastern (particularly Saudi Arabian) accounting practices and transaction processing.
Education
High school diploma required; Associate degree in accounting preferred.
