FENDI seeks a Fashion Expert in Miami, USA — full‑time, on‑site role delivering bespoke client experiences for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences that reflect FENDI’s aesthetic, heritage and creative vision.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance and KPI objectives.
- Develop and manage a curated client portfolio through proactive outreach, thoughtful follow‑up and strategic use of clienteling tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador through expert styling, storytelling and exemplary representation of the Maison.
- Continuously deepen product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship; maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.
- Support after‑sales care including bespoke requests, repairs and client enquiries with precision and discretion.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards in partnership with Visual Merchandising and management, including stock control and opening/closing procedures.
- Use POS and digital systems accurately to manage transactions, client records and inventory; support onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Qualifications
- Client‑centric attitude with exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships and a demonstrable sales orientation.
- Polished verbal communication, emotional intelligence and professional presentation.
- Organisational aptitude and digital literacy, including familiarity with POS and clienteling platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; collaborative team mindset.
- Multilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required.

Experience
Entry‑level role suitable for candidates at the beginning of their retail career; prior experience in luxury or high‑end retail is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable client service aptitude and a track record of achieving sales objectives are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in fashion, retail, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
