FENDI Fashion Expert — full-time boutique role in Houston, TX. Deliver bespoke luxury client experiences and drive sales for FENDI in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create elevated, personalised client experiences that reflect FENDI’s aesthetic and heritage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio through proactive follow-up, personalised outreach, and strategic use of clienteling tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador by styling clients, telling the Maison story, and presenting collections with authority.
- Deepen product and craftsmanship knowledge to advise on collections, bespoke orders and after-sales care.
- Execute boutique operational standards including POS accuracy, stock management, opening/closing procedures and visual presentation in partnership with Visual Merchandising.
- Support boutique teamwork by onboarding new hires, fostering collaboration and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidate; previous luxury retail or client-facing experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence and polished verbal presentation.
- Demonstrated customer orientation and ability to build authentic long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to operational detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; multilingual ability is an asset.

Entry-level role. Candidates with prior luxury retail, boutique sales, styling, or other client-facing experience will be favoured; training in FENDI product and clienteling will be provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training or degree in fashion, merchandising or a related discipline is advantageous.
