Fendi — Events Intern in Rome. On-site internship supporting fashion shows, exhibitions and sustainability data collection within the Events team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update decks and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support logistical planning and on-site execution for events, with particular emphasis on exhibitions and fashion shows.
- Assist in the preparation of working staff lists and role assignments for fashion shows, dinners and events.
- Coordinate hospitality suppliers and liaise with external vendors to ensure service delivery.
- Collect and consolidate sustainability data for fashion shows, collaborating with external suppliers and the Fendi Sustainability Team.
- Contribute to process improvement by applying academic knowledge and new technologies to streamline event workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Languages, Humanities, Management Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational aptitude and strong interpersonal communication.
- Flexible, proactive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Skills
Experience
Beginner — suitable for recent graduates or students seeking practical experience in events and fashion; prior internships or academic project work in events, exhibitions or communications is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Languages, Humanities, Management Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
