Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the full event lifecycle for in-store activations, including concept development, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of events.
  • Manage on-site event operations, including run-of-show, staff briefing, and customer flow.
  • Source, brief, and manage external vendors for event needs such as production, catering, and entertainment.
  • Oversee logistics, including shipments, installation, permits, and inventory of event materials.
  • Track budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate event documentation.
  • Collect and consolidate event results, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for future activations.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Manager, including materials preparation and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Assist with presentations, recaps, and internal communications related to activation and event initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, retail activations, or brand experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong operational skills and attention to detail with the ability to execute flawlessly on-site.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution and travel to stores as needed.
  • Excellent team player.
