Role & Responsibilities
- Implement site merchandising and localised product presentation for Australia, Singapore and Malaysia in line with HQ merchandising guidelines and market-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and accurate product setup for launches.
- Drive online sales through regular analysis of product performance, client profiles and web analytics to identify opportunities to increase conversion.
- Manage daily e‑commerce operations in collaboration with local fulfilment, client service and merchandising teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer experience.
- Support website development, A/B testing and optimisation projects in partnership with the Ecommerce Manager and technical teams.
- Plan and prepare newsletter briefs and coordinate digital marketing assets for regional execution.
- Conduct market research on e‑commerce trends and assist with new market launches across Southeast Asia and Australia.
- Deliver omnichannel training and drive omni adoption across retail stores; prepare regular operational and performance reports.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years’ experience in e‑commerce within the retail industry; prior luxury brand experience covering SEA & Australia markets preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven analytical and project management capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proven ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
