Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of the eCommerce platform, including product merchandising, content updates, promotional campaigns, and site functionality
  • Monitor and analyse key eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, ROI) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Propose optimization strategies to enhance user experience, site performance, and conversion pathways
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team on key launches, commercial initiatives, and product pushes
  • Define merchandising plans and partner with merchandising teams on buy strategy
  • Support replenishment requests by providing target stock level recommendations to Supply Chain
  • Identify and implement strategies to integrate online and offline client experience through an omnichannel approach
  • Collaborate with retail teams to optimize sales opportunities and ensure seamless shopping experiences (e.g., purchase online from store, collect and pick up in-store)
  • Act as primary liaison between regional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT) and headquarters to ensure cohesive digital strategy execution
  • Stay abreast of emerging eCommerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes, proactively recommending innovative solutions
  • Align with headquarters on the eCommerce commercial plan and build calendars according to digital business strategy
  • Develop and execute regional eCommerce strategy focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
  • Align with the Digital Marketing team to optimize performance marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Champion an exceptional online client experience through intuitive navigation, compelling product presentation, and seamless purchase journeys
  • Gather and act upon customer feedback and insights to refine the online offering

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of eCommerce experience in a B2C environment
  • Experience in luxury retail and/or fashion preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and business analytics capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead and influence decision-making across diverse teams at all levels
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Experience
