Fendi is hiring an E‑commerce Manager in Singapore to lead omnichannel growth across Southeast Asia & Australia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own regional e‑commerce platform operations: product merchandising, content updates, promotional campaigns and site functionality to ensure an elevated luxury online experience.
- Monitor and analyse e‑commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROI) to identify trends and propose optimisation strategies that improve conversion and lifetime value.
- Develop and execute regional e‑commerce strategy and commercial calendar in alignment with HQ and local commercial priorities to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Define merchandising plans and partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to inform buy strategy and provide replenishment/stock level recommendations.
- Design and implement omnichannel initiatives to integrate online and offline client journeys (BOPIS, click‑and‑collect, in‑store fulfilment) and optimise cross‑channel sales opportunities.
- Act as primary liaison between regional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT) and headquarters, coordinating third‑party vendors and ensuring cohesive digital strategy execution.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimise performance campaigns and translate customer insights into improvements in site experience, product presentation and conversion pathways.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, manage timelines and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges associated with omnichannel growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce roles within a B2C environment; luxury retail or fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Proven commercial acumen with strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple initiatives and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience working across regional teams and global headquarters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional regional languages an advantage.
- A creative mindset, balance of strategic and operational proficiency, and a client‑centric approach to digital experience.

Minimum 10 years of progressive e‑commerce experience in a B2C environment; prior exposure to luxury retail or fashion digital operations preferred. Demonstrated track record of driving online growth, optimisation and omnichannel integration across multi‑market regions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Digital Media, or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised executive education in digital commerce is advantageous.
