Fendi E-Commerce Associate position in Rome, Italy. Support global e-commerce operations, product launches, and platform excellence. Permanent, hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a key operational player within the worldwide e-commerce team, ensuring flawless execution of product go-lives and day-to-day platform readiness across markets
  • Maintain and update operational documents, trackers, and shared files to ensure the team has access to clear, accurate, and current information
  • Support execution of recurring operational tasks guaranteeing website excellence through constant and detailed checks on product visibility, settings, content, and online presentation
  • Provide first-level support for troubleshooting and checks on online products, including settings, images, descriptions, categorization, and product visibility, supporting regional teams
  • Coordinate the effective execution of product launches, collection drops, and commercial activations with zones, e-merchandising, and site management teams
  • Support sales and stock monitoring activities, contributing to weekly and monthly dashboards, recurring business updates, and ad hoc analysis
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarks on product presentation, category experience, online assortment, and commercial activations
  • Monitor online catalogue consistency across markets, identifying potential issues and coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, online client experience, and the fashion and luxury sector
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with demonstrated willingness to work directly on operational systems and tools
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills combined with analytical capabilities
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
