Fendi in Rome seeks a Digital Analytics Intern to support web analytics, A/B testing and personalization. Six-month on-site internship starting Mar/Apr 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Analytics team in quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Fendi website to produce actionable, data-driven recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements; analyze existing analytics systems and surface new measurement needs.
- Implement and maintain web tracking and tagging using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; ensure data accuracy through content setup and validation.
- Analyze customer journeys and user behavior using ContentSquare to inform conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
- Contribute to A/B testing and CRO projects by designing, executing and communicating test plans and results.
- Configure and optimise on-site personalization and product recommendation settings using Dynamic Yield.
- Monitor competitors and best-in-class online retailers to identify trends and new opportunities for the website experience.
Qualifications
- Scientific degree, preferably in economics, statistics, computer science or another technology-related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven analytical aptitude, curiosity and a rapid learning curve.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Availability to start in March/April 2026 for a six-month, full-time on-site internship in Rome.

Entry-level — suitable for recent graduates or students with foundational academic exposure to analytics. No prior professional experience required; a demonstrable academic project or internship in digital analytics is advantageous.
Education
Scientific degree preferred (Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related fields).
