Fendi Department Manager position in Qingdao, China—lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales expansion and exceed individual sales targets while elevating customer service standards
- Ensure the store delivers exceptional customer service and cultivate strong client relationships
- Collaborate with store leadership to plan and execute sales objectives
- Provide employee training, coaching, and career development initiatives
- Manage inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a retail management capacity
- Demonstrated professional integrity and strong leadership capabilities
