Role & Responsibilities
- Direct departmental sales activity and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive commercial growth
- Monitor and achieve boutique performance against relevant KPIs, analysing results regularly and implementing corrective action plans
- Conduct competitive market analysis on an ongoing basis and apply insights to enhance departmental positioning
- Deliver authentic clienteling aligned with brand excellence standards; serve as brand ambassador and cultivate personal client portfolio
- Implement mystery shopper action plans and apply CRM tools to strengthen client retention and satisfaction
- Oversee merchandise displays and stock levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards according to visual merchandising team guidelines
- Build individual and collective team performance through monthly reviews, daily coaching, and engagement on product and collection training
- Deploy motivational initiatives to support teams in achieving collective and individual objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
- Upper secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Strategic business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to organise, manage, and develop team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to establish privileged client relationships
- Solid sales and communication competencies
- Administrative and financial acumen
- IT literacy and knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems

Skills
Experience
