Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the department business by cultivating strategic understanding of category performance and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor and achieve category KPIs; analyze business performance and implement action plans for improvement
- Set category performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Monitor competitors' trading activities and provide market feedback to Store Manager
- Leverage clienteling tools and CRM platforms to achieve departmental and store business objectives
- Deliver sales leadership through excellent customer service and implementation of clienteling activities
- Manage customer service quality to meet brand expectations and improve Mystery Shopper results
- Act as brand category ambassador to educate VIP and new clients
- Participate in ad-hoc clientele projects and initiatives
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained to brand standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards; report stock issues to planning team
- Maintain visual merchandising consistency with company guidelines and align periodically with sales performance
- Conduct monthly performance discussions and coaching with team members
- Motivate the team to perform at highest level and meet individual and store objectives
- Organize team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities appropriately
- Translate strategic business goals into concrete individual actions and objectives
- Conduct category-specific training and execute in-store training routines established by Store Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supervisor role in Fashion or Luxury Sales
- Exposure to relevant ready-to-wear or fashion category
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred
- High-level image and standards management
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and self-reliance
- Demonstrated confidence, organizational skills, and professionalism
- Client-focused mindset with strong business acumen
- Administration and financial management capabilities
- Knowledge of retail management systems and computer proficiency
- Goal-oriented approach with multitasking capability
- Fluency in English; third language advantageous
