Role & Responsibilities

- Coach, organise and develop the sales team: set individual targets, deliver regular performance reviews and execute in‑store training routines.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the Store Manager; contribute to ad‑hoc clienteling or category projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience in fashion or luxury retail, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role within the relevant category.
- Proven track record in category sales management, KPI delivery and commercial analysis.
- Strong client management and sales leadership with demonstrable clienteling experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, organisational ability and professional presentation.
- Administration and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable individual actions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Master's degree or equivalent is preferred; substantial relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of advanced academic qualifications.
