Fendi Demand Planning Specialist in Rome, Italy. Manage supply chain forecasting and inventory optimization for luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational coordination and supply chain activities, setting priorities to address changes in business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales Planning, and Supply Planning teams to maintain steady availability of timeless products and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and supervise forecast and reorder evaluations to optimize product availability and inventory coverage
- Work closely with stakeholders to define an efficient timeless product catalogue that balances stock levels and geographic coverage
- Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and workflows
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in project management leadership within supply chain functions, with demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of project management leadership in supply chain-related fields, with strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices. Fashion and luxury experience is valued.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Economics, or similar fields.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 32,000 per annum.
