Role & Responsibilities
- Support analysis of existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste, with attention to sustainable practices and environmental impact.
- Contribute to workstation organisation and balancing to improve Overall Labour Effectiveness (OLE) and perform cycle-time analysis.
- Collect production data, prepare periodic performance reports and present findings to the Continuous Improvement team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, product development) to support the launch of new products and onboarding of processes.
- Advocate and participate in initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the factory.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving aptitude demonstrated through academic projects or internships.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel reports, data analysis, PowerPoint presentations).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Genuine interest in manufacturing, footwear production and continuous improvement methodologies.

Entry-level; suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career with academic exposure to production systems and process analysis. No prior professional experience required.
Education
Degree in Management Engineering (required).
