Role & Responsibilities
- Develop the global learning strategy and roadmap for client/selling experience, onboarding, and leadership training paths across Fendi's retail network
- Design comprehensive 360-degree training programs blending in-person and digital learning, balancing global frameworks with regional requirements for storytelling, managerial, and technical selling skills
- Establish success metrics combining retail KPIs, client KPIs, NPS, and qualitative assessments; deliver regular reports and continuous improvement recommendations
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions worldwide; establish training calendars and implement consistent monitoring and on-the-floor coaching to maximize training impact
- Collaborate with regional Retail Training teams to bridge technical selling skills with practical floor execution; translate seasonal collection knowledge into real-world selling scenarios
- Instill client-centric mindset and styling culture across the Fendi retail network while strengthening related soft skills
- Liaise with CRM and retail-related functions to analyze client behavior and feedback, defining targeted training plans and actions
- Co-design dedicated training programs for Customer Service teams in partnership with the Omnichannel headquarters function
- Identify and implement innovative training methodologies that meet evolving business and learning needs while maintaining competitive advantage
- Manage the Client Experience Training budget and collaborate with zones on regional budget planning
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, including marketing and communication
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within international retail companies
- Demonstrated expertise in client experience strategy and development
- Advanced knowledge of luxury fashion industry dynamics
- Hands-on retail selling experience
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication capabilities
- Proven ability to navigate complex global scenarios with entrepreneurial and adaptable approach
- Mastery of the full training cycle, including in-person facilitation and learning management platforms
- Ability to assess retail store business needs based on specific KPI indicators
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines while maintaining excellence

Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in training and development within international luxury retail companies, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing client experience strategies that drive measurable business results across geographically dispersed retail networks.
Education
