Fendi Client Advisor role in Zhengzhou – luxury retail sales and client relationship management position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and operational goals, including client management and store performance metrics
- Provide comprehensive product education and personalized recommendations aligned with brand standards and client needs
- Cultivate high-quality client relationships through active engagement, utilizing CRM tools and proactive outreach to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Continuously expand product and brand knowledge, remaining abreast of luxury market trends and industry developments
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock reconciliation whilst ensuring merchandise security and loss prevention
- Adhere to all company policies, standards of presentation, attendance requirements, and workplace conduct
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- Minimum associate degree (diploma) level education or equivalent
- At least two years' professional experience in luxury retail or premium service sectors
- Proven ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships
- Excellent sales acumen and client service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities with demonstrated fashion awareness
- Proficiency with computer office systems and CRM platforms
- English language ability preferred
