Fendi Client Advisor position in Xiamen, China. Luxury retail sales and customer service role requiring retail experience and English proficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Provide detailed product consultation and tailored recommendations aligned with brand positioning and client preferences
- Cultivate and maintain high-quality client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent follow-up
- Continuously develop expertise in brand heritage, product collections, and emerging market trends
- Collaborate with team members on daily store operations, including merchandise presentation, inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention
- Uphold all company policies and professional standards pertaining to appearance, attendance, and workplace conduct
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Excellent sales and client service skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency with computer systems and office automation software
- English language capability preferred
