FENDI seeks a Client Advisor, Women's Ready-to-Wear in London (Selfridges) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary, luxurious client experience aligned with FENDI brand standards across all customer interactions.
- Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling and multiple-item selling across product categories to meet individual KPIs and targets.
- Nurture and expand a loyal client base by implementing CRM campaigns, scheduling one-on-one appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Provide timely product feedback to management, with particular attention to new launches and category performance.
- Operate the store sales-management system for sales transactions, stock transfers and customer database updates.
- Support inventory processes: receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines and assist with stock counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is safe, clean and presentation-ready.
- Perform assigned store duties and ad hoc responsibilities as requested by store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry, with proven expertise in ladies' ready-to-wear (RTW).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused, professional demeanour and strong personal presentation.
- Organised, goal-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency using company CRM tools and retail management systems.

Minimum five years of experience in retail fashion, with essential, hands-on experience in the ladies' ready-to-wear category and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
