FENDI Client Advisor opportunity in Vienna, Austria. Luxury retail position offering 3+ years fashion sales experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead individual sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs and targets across all product categories
- Engage clients through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and multiple-unit selling approaches
- Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal FENDI clientele through personalized service and CRM tool implementation
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards by delivering professional, individualized attention and addressing client needs
- Operate retail management systems accurately for stock transfers, payments, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of retail management systems and CRM tools
- Computer proficiency
- Demonstrated understanding of or passion for the fashion and luxury industry
