Fendi seeks a Client Advisor in Vienna to deliver exceptional luxury client service, nurture high‑value clients, and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience by communicating Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and product savoir‑faire.
- Lead individual sales activity to achieve personal and store KPI and sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling and multiple selling across categories.
- Develop and nurture a loyal client base using appropriate CRM tools and clienteling techniques; proactively cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
- Ensure professional, personalised customer service and a consistently high standard of client interactions.
- Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock enquiries and accurate customer database input.
- Support store merchandising and inventory control by receiving, displaying and storing merchandise according to brand guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in fashion or luxury retail sales (boutique or department store environment preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Exemplary personal presentation and ability to maintain brand image standards.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated record of meeting sales targets.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury sales, ideally within a boutique or high‑end retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
