Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve all Client Advisor key performance indicators and customer relationship management requirements
  • Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets
  • Build and maintain client books through follow-up communications and relationship management to enhance clientele and drive revenue
  • Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns management
  • Maintain proficiency with POS systems and related software, ensuring accurate customer database updates
  • Obtain and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and familiarity with brand heritage, company information, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain professional appearance in accordance with FENDI dress code, grooming, and uniform standards
  • Perform store maintenance functions and participate in visual merchandising standards under direction of visual merchandising and management
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures as assigned, including morning team briefings
  • Participate in the training and onboarding of new Client Advisors
  • Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
  • Maintain positive working relationships and open communication with store management, peers, and company personnel
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing FENDI appropriately at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Strong goal orientation and drive for results
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
  • Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Physical ability to lift boxes and carry weight up to 10 lbs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 25 per hour.
